Where is flak and shrapnel

I have been going back to rivet city, but strangely shrapnel is nowhere to be seen. When leaving rivet city i know i didn't kill anybody as i just ran right out of there as fast as i could. But i am 5 hours into game play and still no Shrapnel in Rivet city. User Info: DarrenRAwesome. Top Voted Answer. His NPC is programmed to sleep near Flak so he just wanders around looking for him. You can still buy off of him if you encountger him in the wastes and a lot of the time he ends up in Paradise Falls' slave pen next to Flak.

Hi, I did the mission "strictly buisness' and mezzed Flak, but now when I go to their shop in Rivet City Shrapnel is nowhere to be found.

Showing 1 - 13 of 13 comments. Try going to Rivet City at a different time of day. Flak and Shrapnel trade off running the shop. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. I tried checking the shop all hours of the day but shrapnel still is not there.
